It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell F. Alvey of Harrisburg, Illinois, born in Shawneetown, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bowen Walker; her husband Bob Alvey; and her siblings, Jerry Walker and Jean McLain. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Tuttle (Tim) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Tonya Barringer (Peter) and Tyler Tuttle (McKenzie); her great grandchildren, Avory, Hadley and Tex; and her sister Sue Stockstill of Shawneetown.
Memorials in her memory may be made to the Eldorado First United Methodist Church and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
