He is survived by: his wife Darlene Goolsby of Harrisburg; his sons, Jerry Wayne Goolsby, Jr. of Harrisburg and Shannon Goolsby (Rhonda) of Harrisburg; his stepson Jason Grathler of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Cierra Goolsby, Savanaha Little (Dalton), Haley Goolsby, Hannah Goolsby, Jaydan Holmes, Kaidan Holmes, Drayson Grathler and Rhylie Hunsinger; and his siblings, Gene Goolsby (Lynda) of Marion, Thelma Stilley (Charles) of Harrisburg, Norma Harner of Harrisburg, Erma Roberts (Gary) of Raleigh, Brenda Craig (Gilbert) of Marion, Jo Ann Craig (Robert) of Alabama, Lisa Hubbard (Jimmy) of Harrisburg and Letha Baker of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
