He was predeceased by: his father Felix A. Tate. He is survived by: his former wife Natalie Tate; his son Harrison Tate; his siblings, Ralph Tate (Shelly), John Tate (Kim) and Andrea Smith (Charlie); his nieces and nephews, Justin Tate, Noah Smith, Jennifer Tate, Lexie Brinly, Rachel Tate, Hannah Tate, Laura Tate and Callie Smith; and his aunt Faye Moore (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and will be accepted at the funeral home.
