He was predeceased by: his father James L. Russell; and his sister Tiffany Lynn Foster. He is survived by: his mother Libby Diefenbach (Smith) of Carrier Mills; his sister Terra Russell of Carrier Mills; his grandparents, Gary, Beatrice Smith of Harrisburg, Leon and Janet Russell of Galatia; his siblings, Crystal Russell of Marion, Amber Crawford of Benton, Audra Russell of Indianapolis, Indiana, James Russell of Galatia and James Kincourt of Fairfield; and his close friend Kelsey Borum. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
