He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Parish of Harrisburg and Stacey Milligan (Randy) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Amberlea Ollis (Jeremy) of Marion, Linsey Wood (Matt) of Ledbetter, Kentucky, Dallas Walker of Golconda, Mason Milligan (Erin) of Lexington and Matthew Milligan of Harrisburg; his great grandchildren, Sebastion Fasolo of Harrisburg, Xander Fasolo of Ledbetter, Kentucky, Harlea Hull of Ledbetter, Kentucky and Skylynne Walker of Harrisburg; his great great grandchild Xander Fasolo; his sisters, Bobbie Dale (David) of Shawneetown and Maryann Evans (Darrell) of Shawneetown; and his sister-in-law Peggy Pickering of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
