He is survived by: his children, Joe Winters of Carterville, Dillon Winters of Dunmore and Samantha Winters of Dunmore Ky; and his siblings, Melvin, Gene Winters of Carrier Mills, Wayne Winters of Stonefort, Carlene Doughty of Carrier Mills, Judy Rann of Carrier Mills and Elsie Johnson of Harrisburg.
