She was predeceased by: her parents, Bluford Booten and Katie Booten (Locklar); her husband Freeman Humphrey; and her stepchildren, Bob Humphrey, Ronald Humphrey, Lenora Basham, Peggy Richey and Margaret Prather.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Stevens (Roger) of Raleigh; her stepchildren, Charles Humphrey, Phillip Humphrey, Francis Holliman and Carol Wilkinson; her grandsons, Brock Stevens (Kristin) and Darren Stevens; and her great grandchildren, Haley Stevens, Hunter Stevens and Evan Stevens. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or Gaskin City Missionary Baptist Church.
