She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Smith and Opal Leach (Leathers); and her siblings, Carl, Charles, Ralph Smith, Wes Leach and Betty Pearce.
She is survived by: her brother Roger Smith (Paula) of Omaha, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with CDC and IDPH recommendations social distancing will be observed and masks will be required.
