He is survived by: his former wife Janice Ann Duggins of Harrisburg, Illinois.; his wife Jan Duggins; his sons, Michael Ray Duggins of Galatia, Mark (Cammy Duggins) of Golconda and Todd Frederick Duggins of Marion, Illinois.; his sisters, Connie Jourdan (Dave) of Evansville and Barbara Kelle (Jerry) of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Amanda Winters (Jay) of Trenton, Max (Natacha Duggins) of Charolette, Aaron (Audra Ratliff) of Eldorado, Kaitlyn Duggins of Orlando, Sam Duggins of LongBeach and Brandon Duggins of Marion.
