He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean Cletcher; his children, Charles Ray Fox of Carrier Mills, Beth Gulley (Jerry) of Carrier Mills and Lori Wilson (Tim) of Broughton; his grandchildren, Phillip Fox (Nicole), Missy Fox (Ben Donley), Chris Gulley (Dawn), Sam Gulley (Brandy), Jessie Groves (Travis), Cassie Wilson, Lance Wilson and Noah Wilson; and his sister Sue Slay (Jerry) of Harrisburg. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
