He was predeceased by: his parents, Darnell Mayberry and Rosalie Mayberry (Coseboon); and his brothers, Larry, Donald and Kenny.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Mayberry (Sonya) of Sturgis, Kentucky and Della White Wall of Owensboro, Kentucky; and his siblings, Charlie Mayberry of Carrier Mills, Illinois, Janet Faller of Harrisburg, Illinois, MaryAnne Mayberry of Harrisburg, Illinois and Linda Gidcumb of Harrisburg, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
