Fred Duggins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Duggins (Harrisburg, Illinois), born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard and Mary Staser Duggins. He is survived by: his former wife Janice Ann Duggins of Harrisburg, Illinois.; his wife Jan Duggins; his sons, Michael Ray Duggins of Galatia, Mark (Cammy Duggins) of Golconda and Todd Frederick Duggins of Marion, Illinois.; his sisters, Connie Jourdan (Dave) of Evansville and Barbara Kelle (Jerry) of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Amanda Winters (Jay) of Trenton, Max (Natacha Duggins) of Charolette, Aaron (Audra Ratliff) of Eldorado, Kaitlyn Duggins of Orlando, Sam Duggins of LongBeach and Brandon Duggins of Marion.
