Fern Bird Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 94, Fern Bird of Harrisburg, Illinois, born in Raleigh, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Farmer and Recie Farmer (Jones); her husband Leroy Bird; and her sister Buna Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Turner (Kevin) of Harrisburg, Roland Bird (Elizabeth) of Greensburg, Pennsylvania and Cathy Graves of Eldorado; her grandchildren, Ashley Hatton of Washington, Indiana, Jordan Bird (Riley) of Marion, Kasey Buckman (Matt) of Eldorado, Taylor Hudson of Greensburg, Pennsylvania and Bridget Hudson of Greensburg, Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Payson Bird, Hadley Bird, Gradie Bird, Logan Bird and Mattie Fern Buckman; and her close friend Sue Fowler of Galatia.
