She was predeceased by: her father Robert Butterworth; her husband Carl Gene Teal; and her brother Stanley Butterworth. She is survived by: her children, Gene Teal (Ruth) of Marion, Roger Teal (Diana) of West Frankfort and Stanli Rightnowar (Shawn) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Tonya Seed (Josh) of Maryland, Erin Blue (Jacob) of Marion, Josiah Teal (Lindsay) of Herrin, Jeremiah Teal (Kassi Jones) of West Frankfort, Alexa McClenahan (Joe) of Hardin County and Abby Rightnowar (Shay McClenahan); her great grandchildren, Alex, Addi, Blake, Millie, Colbie, Zaiden, Carver, Zaylor of Callen, E. J. and Jaidyn; and her brother Bobby Butterworth (Pat) of Harrisburg. She is also survived by niece and two nephews.
