She was predeceased by: her parents, Durward Balsley and Mary Louise Balsley (Stevenson); and her husband Howard Lynn Brachear. She is survived by: her children, Ron Brachear of Harrisburg and Becky Clark (Monty) of Mt. Vernon; and her grandchildren, Ryan Mattingly, Renee Beck (Craig), Risa Legg (Trent), Katie Perry, Billie Jo Edwards, Cody Clark (Kindra), Brad Brachear (Linza), Blake Brachear (Jenny) and Brett Brachear (Brandi). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
