He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. and Barbara Shelby, Sr.; and his children, Donald Matthew Shelby and Hillary Shelby. He is survived by: his children, Justin Shelby of Pope County, Kyle Shelby of Harrisburg, Michael Shelby of Harrisburg, River Shelby of Harrisburg and Haley Shelby of Harrisburg; and his brother Charlie Shelby of Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
