She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Dearing and Lou Eva Dearing (Robinson); and her sister Betty Pate. She is survived by: her husband Steve Sweat of Harrisburg; her daughters, Emily Rann (Jeffrey) of Gonzales, Louisiana, Tracy Morris (Justin) of Harrisburg and Jamie Sweat of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Skyla Rann, Gavin Rann, Makenna Rann, Sadie Morris, Beckett Morris and Sage Morris; and her siblings, Vicki Mitchell (Gordon) of Stonefort, Harold Dearing (Veta) of Carrier Mills and Nancy Herndon (Robert) of Johns Island. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
