She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ginelli and Ida Ginelli; and her husband Jack Lee Hutchison. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Lee Collins (Mark Shawn Kozik) of Harrisburg and Jack Wayne Hutchison of Shawneetown; her grandchildren, Wayne Hutchison, Jack Hutchison, Shawn Hutchison, Devin Hutchison, Zayden Hutchison, Christopher Collins, Seirra Sherrod (Jimmy), Gordon Collins, Alyssa Collins and Makia Kozik (Levi Vinson); and her great grandchildren, McKinley Arndt, Mason Arndt and Mikayla Sherrod. She is also survived by Her siblings included three sisters and two brothers.

“My mom had 6 children before Tammy was born.Gary,Jerry,Karen, Cindy, Billy, Timmy and 9 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren on the Moog side. And also my mother's maiden name is spelled wrong it is spelled Junnelli. Tammy should have looked at her birth certificate. I hope someone can fix her big mistakes.Our family was not informed of my mother's passing.I found out by someone else 2months after.”
