He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson; his son Chris Milligan (Hayley Horton) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his stepson Shannon Hankins (Susan Schwartz) of Dale, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kaylee Milligan, Landon Milligan, Madison Milligan of Stonefort and Kennedy Milligan of Morganfield, Kentucky; his former wife Sandra Milligan of Harrisburg, Illinois; and his close friend Joanne Barger of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
