It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire Stanley (Harrisburg, Illinois), who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Barrett and Josphine Harrison Barrett; her husband Carl Stanley; her siblings, Charles "Dee" Barrett, Paul Jackson, Ruby Thompson, Helen Odum and Thelma Marshall; and her granddaughter Dawn Marie Barrett.
She is survived by: her sons, John Stanley of Harrisburg and Don Allen (Judy Marie Barrett) of Highland; and her grandsons, Marcel Barrett and John David Stanley.
