He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Hathaway of Harrisburg, Illinois; his mother Sheila Hathaway of Harrisburg, Illinois; and his sisters, Julie Ann Kuppart (Roman) of Harrisburg, Illinois and Jamie Lynn Davidson (Jason) of Harrisburg, Illinois. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
