She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Nathaniel, Leah McGinnis, Terah and Billy Smith of Evansville, IN; her siblings, Gary Smith, Erin Smith, Pat Clements of McComb and Tracy Ackers of Cedar Rapids; and her stepdaughters, Rebecca Martinez of Carrier Mills, LaDonna Fortunes, David Fortunes of Tuckerman, AR, Jamie Buford and Richard Buford of Newport, AR.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
