He was predeceased by: his brothers, Fred Day and Thurman Nation. He is survived by: his close friend Jacqueline; his daughter Jennifer Ann Qutermous (Richard Dale) of Springfield; and his siblings, Phillip D. Hutchinson and Regina S. Kelley. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
