He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Feazel and Lillie Feazel (Endicott); his wife Barbara Boulden; and his siblings, Robert Feazel, Wallace Feazel, J. W. Feazel, Bernadette Feazel and Lila Demita Feazel.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Feazel (Terry) of Houston, Texas and Kathy Lindsey (James) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, DiDi Seagraves (Gary), Craig Feazel (Kriston), Ray Lindsey (Kristi) and Katy Wynne (Billy); his great grandchildren, Blaze Seagraves, Margot Feazel, Lily Wynne and Nicklaus Wynne; his sister Holly Webb; his sister-in-law Patty Feazel; his nieces, Sandy Snyder (Jim) and Scarlet Flarardy (Rex); and his great-niece Michelle Lienenbach (Jerry).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
