He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayborn Gulley and Bessie Hortin Gulley; and his wife Jane Steapleton Gulley. He is survived by: his children, David (Cindy Gulley) of Aguilar and Vickie (Larry Duncan) of Harrisburg; his sisters, Phyllis Seets of Carrier Mills and Beatrice Blackman of Stonefort; his grandchildren, Adam Duncan, Elizabeth Janell, Sandra Lee Boltshauser, Leland Gulley, Josh Gulley and Benjamin Gulley; his great grandchildren, Mason Lee Duncan, Aaron Lawrence Duncan, Brilee Janell Holbrook, Jarett Lee Holbrook, Kelli Coffman, Kat Boltshauser, William Boltshauser, Trevor James, Gabriel Padilla and Nicholas Gulley; and his siblings, Kelly, Earl Wayne, Jack, Bob and Hannah Murphy.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
