With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William F. Schumann (Hardin, Illinois), born in Kampsville, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schumann and Bertha Schumann (Hartman); his wife Mary Ellen Schumann; his siblings, Karl Schumann of Kampsville, IL and Evelyn Barnes (Alfred) of Canton, IL; his brothers-in-law, Bob Hoover of Pearl, IL, Barney Toner, Lawrence Toner, Jimmy Donnelly of Dungannon and Northern Ireland; his grandmothers, Philomena Toner, Philomena Mckenna and Dungannon Northern Ireland; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Sarah Toner.
He is survived by: his son Charles J. Schumann of Kampsville, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Reeves (Ben) of Burlington, IA, Barbara Craigmiles (Durlin) of Lewistown, IL, Lola Hoover of Pearl, IL, Hazel Mortland (Gary) of Cartere, IL, Peggy Donnelly and Michael Mckenna (Phil) of Dungannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
