He is survived by: his wife Carol Eustace; his daughters, Deatra Pendleton (James), Denise Sams (David Nixon) and Laura Coffey (Jedadiah); his grandchildren, Karli (Aaron), Taylor, Sarah (Alexander), Bellanca and Gabrielle; his great grandchildren, Owen, Vanna, Ryder and Noah; his brother Donald Sams (Loren); and his brother-in-law David Eustace (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
