He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cullum and Mayme Cullum (Baugher); his brother Jim Cullum; and his great-niece Briley Cullum. He is survived by: his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Melba; his nephews, Matt Cullum (Jessica) of Elizabethtown, IL and Clay Cullum (Dena) of Rosiclare, IL; his niece Paula Lindsey (Fabian) of Chicago, IL; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Bryson, Trevor Cullum, Jordan Fowler, Brett Lewis (Matt), April Dollins (Steve), Andrea Bebout (Kyle) and Desirae Golden (Tim); and also, Gabriel, Walker, Jaiden, Kaizlee, Tori, Kyleigh, Abigail, Jessica, Ava and Maggie.
