He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schumann and Bertha Schumann (Hartmann); his siblings, Bill Schumann, Betty Reeves (Benny), Barbara Craigmiles (Durlin), Lola Hoover and Hazel Mortland (Gary); and his brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Robert Hoover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
