He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Dutch" and Evelyn Elmore (Hegger); and his siblings, Harry Elmore, Bob Elmore and Mary Elmore.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Breden; his sisters, Marth Elmore Soffray and Sheri Elmore; his nephews, Aaron Elmore, Adam Elmore and Brian Soffrey; his mother-in-law Virginia Breden; and his pet Ernie. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
