He is survived by: his parent Mable Hazelwonder (Shanks); his spouse Peggy Crull; his children, Jim Hazelwonder (Laura) of Hardin, Cindy Smith (Dave) of Jerseyville, Patty Clendenny (David) of Eldred and Pam Newton of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Tyler Hazelwonder, Suzi Gerson (Adam), Bret Sprong (Mandy), Brad Sprong (Hilda), Lacie Marienthal (Chris) and Dakota Newton; and his siblings, Virginia Stumpf of Hardin, Cecilia Friedel of Jerseyville and Ed Hazelwonder (Mary) of Batchtown.
