He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin and Mary Belle Gray (Hettenhouse); his son Daniel Hufstedler; and his siblings, George Gray and Shirley Ruth Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Gray of Hardin; his daughters, Paula Hellis (Phil) of Bisbee, Talitha Jackson (James) of Granite City and Susan Baze (Cary) of Hardin; his grandchildren, Stacy Jackson, David Jackson, Megan Wilson (Jason), Andy Baze, Jessica Baze, Karrie Middlecoff (Ryan), Amy Lafferty (Ken Switzer) and Wendy Stong (Mike); his great grandchildren, Brady, Landon, Hunter, Madelynn, Dillon, Makenzie, Keegan, Layton, Kiya and Ryker; and his sister Loretta Seay of Guthrie, Kentucky. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
