She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Schrage and Cora Schrage (Heldt) of Beecher; her husband Donald Dene Biers; her sisters, Colette Svboda and Sharon McGovern; and her son-in-law James B. Kopman of Elizabethtown.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Biers of Indianapolis, IN, Donata Kopman (Ed Tribbey Jr) of Virginia Beach, VA and Darcie Melia (Dean) of Elizabethtown; and her grandson David Biers (Linda Scharfenberg-Nowicki) of Crete. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
Our family is asking in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St Jude's Children Hospital.
