She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Spahn and Shirley A. Spahn (Hines); her husband Robert "Bob" Bastian; her siblings, Warren Spahn of Dubuque, IA and Sharon Stratton of Dubuque, IA; and her pet Brandy.
She is survived by: her children, Casey Bastian, Christopher Bastian (Brittany) of Davenport, IA, Brittany Drake (Nicholas) of Dubuque, IA, Ryan Bastian (Peggy) of Hanover, IL and Nicholas Bastian of Hazel Green, WI; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Peyton, Adrian Bastian (Lucas), Nathan, Elijah Drake, Brayden and Cooper Bastian; and her siblings, Mike Spahn (Liz) of Longmont, CO, Sheila Spahn of Dubuque, IA and Suzanne Burke of Freeport, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established in Jolene's memory.
