It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilson Larry Sharp of Hanover Park, Illinois, born in Ridgely, Tennessee, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie Sharp and Eva Pearl Hickerson Sharp; and his siblings, William Eunice Sharp and Ruth Tacker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Dial Sharp of Hanover Park, Illinois; his daughters, Tamara Giovenco of Hanover Park, Tracy Lorence of Poplar Grove, Missy Platter of Poplar Grove and Amy Johnson; and his siblings, Leslie Sharp, Billy Sharp, Gary Sharp, Roy Sharp, Elizabeth King and Sharon Echols. He is also survived by "Papa" to his eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
