He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowrey and Grace Lowrey; his brother David Lowrey; and his sister-in-law Lizzie Lowrey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lowrey; his daughters, Jennifer Handelong (Derek) and Heather Lowrey; his grandchildren, Hunter, Jacob Handelong and Berkley Perry; and his sisters, Carole Ziegler (Mike) and Christine LaFond (Allan).
