He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wendell and Mildred "Millie" Amant. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Amant; his children, Harmony D. Amant-Leibundguth (Eric) and Jeffrey J. Amant; and his siblings, William C. Amant, Sr. (Kathie), Linda L. Johnson (Kevin), Daniel M. Amant (Lucina) and Nancy K. Zangle (Jerry). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
