With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathan Summers of Hanover Park, Illinois, who passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maribel Perez Summers and Brad Summers; his grandparents, Juan, Emerita Perez, Dan and Karen Summers; his siblings, Jonathan Summers and Jackie Perez; and his aunts and uncles, Evelyn (Juan Carlos Perez), Debbie (Paul Frigo), John Summers and Lupe Thompson (Elena Camacho).

Covid restrictions apply: 50 people in funeral home at one time, friends should pay their respects and exit chapel for others to come in.
