She was predeceased by: her parents, Alifaire Belcher and Roscoe Belcher; her husband Gillis Howard; and her siblings, Vestina, Irene, Della Mae, Ollie and Matt.
She is survived by: her children, Burley Howard (Maureen), Harry Howard (Vicky), Ann Rohde (Bill) and Donna Conforti (Mike); her grandchildren, Brian (Michelle), Kim (Paul), Sean (Jenny), Chris (Evelyn), Kristen (Robby), Kelly, Billy (Ashley), Lisa (Glenn) and Joey; and her great grandchildren, Jenna, Nicholai, Nathan, Madison, Jayden, Joannie, Emily, Jameson, Michael and Abigail.
