He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter (Shirley Czarnecki) and Ken; his sons, Jason and Kevin; and his brother Gary.

He is survived by: his wife Judi; his grandchildren, Austin "Buddy", Cheyenne "Peanut", Rosellyn "Precious" and Trevor; and his siblings, Kathy (Tim), Nanci, Gayle (Jim), Kevin (Sally), Tim (Melissa) and Robbie (Cindy).
