He is survived by: his daughters, Renée Melbourn and Deanna Cadic; his stepsons, Mike Koch (Sheila) and Mark Koch; his grandchildren, Jessica Schnitzler (Tim), Eric Melbourn (Diana), Brittany Hensley (Jered), Samantha, Jim and Maggie Koch; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jayde, Mya, Camden Schnitzler, Caden, Lucas, Emersyn Hensley and Everly Melbourn; and also Connie Pickell.
