He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean; his sibling Shirley Gustafson (late Gordon); and his niece Christine. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Kentz (Margery), Penny Walter (Rodney) and Leslie Cabrales (Jorge); his grandchildren, Brennah, Audrey, Kaden Kentz, Wade Walter, Daniel and Olivia Cabrales; and his nephew Gordon "Ricky" Gustafson.
