He was predeceased by: his sibling Richard Schleser. He is survived by: his spouse Janice Lee; his children, Daniel, Jay (Rochelle), McKenna, Caitlyn, Chloe and Lani; and his siblings, Linda Palm (Robert) and William Schleser (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
An avid Cubs and Bears fan, Dan also enjoyed bowling and playing baseball. *In his honor, all are encouraged to attend wearing Cubs or Bears attire.* In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association and The Buddy Foundation are requested.
