He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his parents, Curtis E. and Dolly. He is survived by: his children, David (Denise) and Laura (Robert Adams); his grandchildren, Danielle, Curtis W., Kirra, Marisa, Kileen and Madison; his great grandchildren, Rylend, Noah and Mason; and his siblings, Richard (Donna), Allen (Barbara) and Linniea Lisk (Tim).
