She is survived by: her children, Karen Lynn Maiorano (Mario), Milan John Horak, Jr. (Brenda), Louis Dale Horak (Deborah), Brian Michael Horak and Garry Todd Horak (Mary Beth); her grandchildren, Michael Maiorano (Chloe), Scott Maiorano (Holly), Amy DeLance (Michael) and Garry Todd Horak, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Pearl Maiorano, Hazel Maiorano and Logan DeLance; and her brothers, Milan "James" Duczman (late Eleanor) and Steve Duczman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
