He is survived by: his wife Carol Goetz; his children, Jeff Miller (Timberly) and Melissa Peterson (Nate); his siblings, Steve Miller (Ann) and Kathy Johnson; his grandchildren, Mattie Bennett (Austin), Ethan Peterson (Erin), Noah Miller, Sophie Flanders (Blake) and Joel Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Clarabelle, Henry and Ezekiel.

Memorials may be made to Teen Challenge or the First United Methodist Church.
