He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lamb; his children, David Kinzinger (Jackie) of Peoria, Lisa Massey (Randy) of Hanna City and Bryan Kinzinger of Clearwater, FL; his stepdaughters, Cindy Green (Jim) of Lake Zurich, IL and Cheryl Bjerke (Brad) of Metamora; his grandchildren, Adam Kinzinger (Alex), Alexandrea Todino (Jake), Jennifer Henz (Brad), Samantha Massey, Jessica Karstensen (Paul), Olivia Massey, Myranda Massey, Addison Massey, Skylar Kinzinger, Slayde Kinzinger, Kurt Green, Jake Green, Alex Bjerke and Lauren Bjerke; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Carter, Henry and Hazely.
