It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Polhemus (Hanna City, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Polhemus and Eileen Polhemus (Swadinsky); and his brother Eldon Polhemus. He is survived by: his spouse Kathie E. Hooks; his children, Barbara Clayton (Troy) of Mapleton and Steve Polhemus (Dana) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Lexi, Connor, Logan Clayton and Brendan Polhemus; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Hooks of Amarillo, TX and Betty Polhemus of Mapleton.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate or Hanna City United Methodist Church.
