Hooks; his children, Barbara Clayton (Troy) of Mapleton and Steve Polhemus (Dana) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Lexi, Connor, Logan Clayton and Brendan Polhemus; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Hooks of Amarillo, TX and Betty Polhemus of Mapleton.
