We bid farewell to Nyle W. Staley of Hanna City, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 22, 2025 at the age of 82. Nyle touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert W. Staley and Nellie Marie Taylor Staley (Anna); and his wife Linda Saupe. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Brian (Paul) of Hanna City and Lisa Kraus (Donald) of Peoria; his stepchildren, Sarah Barnard and Joel Jackson; his grandchildren, Wes Staley (Brittany Thompson), Tyler Staley (Amanda), Clay Staley (Kelsey), Logan King, Tyler Brian (Kristyn), Johnathon Kraus, Steven Fisher (Samantha), Brooke Milner (Zack), Briana Wright (Adam), Pacie Anne Barnard, Tristan Jackson and Hayden Jackson; his great grandchildren, Lacie, Rory, Jaxson, Ryann, Luna, Brentley, Luca, Rylan, Paislee, Landon, Sydney, Blake, Layne, Brycen, Kodilynn, Freya, Scarlett, Aurora and Emmett; and his brothers, Lyle Staley (Sue) and David Staley (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate, South Side Mission or First Presbyterian Church of Farmington.
